Subject: [Nagiosplug-help] check_snmp problem after distro upgrade

Hi,

I installed Nagios Core 3.2.0 and the plugins via the tarballs on Ubuntu 9.10 awhile back. Everything has been working great until I decided to upgrade my Ubuntu distro to 11.04 yesterday. Now, all of my host check_snmp commands are all giving me these messages:

May 25 12:00:09 nagios: SERVICE ALERT: switch1;Uptime;CRITICAL;HARD;3;(Service Check Timed Out)

May 25 12:21:38 nagios: Warning: Check result queue contained results for service 'Uptime' on host 'switch1', but the service could not be found! Perhaps you forgot to define the service in your config files?

This was working fine before the distribution upgrade.

Can anyone help out?

Thanks,

Chris Niesen
