It is not necessary that the name soamonitorprd.jeppesen.com is a team
registered its domain, just enough to be a valid website name and that is
registered as nagios host (http://soamonitorprd.jeppesen.com).

If you run the command: ping soamonitorprd.jeppesen.com, gets results ??
