Monitoring Plugins Release 3.0.0-rc4

Hello everyone,
the newest release candidate for the Monitoring Plugins version 3.0.0 is 
out.
It contains some fixes compared to rc3 and I sincerely hope, that this 
is the last one.
This comment might age badly though.

In any case, we would be quite thankful if people would test this and
report back on what is good and what is bad.
