Hi,

I am trying to install nagios-plugins-1.3.0 for nagios-1.0.

The compile errors out with the following information:

gcc -g -O2 -L. -L/usr/lib -o check_http check_http.o netutils.o utils.o ../lib/libnagiosplug.a -lnsl -lresolv -lssl -lcrypto -lelf
check_http.o: In function `connect_SSL':
/home/admin/nagios-plugins-1.3.0/plugins/check_http.c:876: undefined reference to `RAND_status'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [check_http] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/admin/nagios-plugins-1.3.0/plugins'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

My configure line is: ./configure --prefix=/home/nagios
All prerequisites are installed except for: pgsql, ldap, smbclient and qstat (I dont use them)
The machine is a Cobalt RaQ3 - Cobalt (Redhat(ripoff)) Linux 2.2.16C32_III on i586

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
