Did you install the NSClient addon on your Windows servers and use the
check_nt plugin that comes with that package? I use use the NSClient addon
on my Windows 2000 and 2003 servers and can tap into the counters once I
copy the NSClient check_nt plugin into my /usr/local/nagios/libexec
directory.

Here is an Exchange server example I use:

"/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_nt -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -p 1248 -v COUNTER -l
"\\MSExchangeIS Mailbox(_Total)\\Average Delivery Time","Average Delivery
Time is: %.f""
