[Nagiosplug-help] slow links

./check_ping -H hostname -w 3500.0,20% -c 3800.0,60% -p 5

That'll send 5 packets and average it (I assume anyway). It'll throw a
warning if it's over 3500ms or 20% packet loss, and a critical of it's
over a 3800ms response time or 60% packet loss.
