[Nagiosplug-help] Plug-ins Documentation

Anyone up to the challenge?

I'm not much of a C programmer, but I could certainly contribute to the
docs. If we could decide on some basics, like what format to write the
help files in, where to put them etc, I'd love to give it a crack.
