[Nagiosplug-help] Trouble compiling 1.4 plugins

Either way sounds good to me.  However I'm most concerned in the short-term with making ./configure --without-check_radius work like it's supposed to.  I don't believe make should have tried to compile check_radius if I told it to disable the plugin.  Should it?
