[Nagiosplug-help] Newbie gets no status information

Found it - the script wrote a file - when testing I was using a
different user from the nagios user - so the file initially got
created with the wrong permissions! (which also explains some other
strangeness I thought was a different bug). It was a non-fatal error,
but wrote an error to stdout (Doh!)

I'll buy you a beer next time we're both in 'The Counting House' in Glasgow!
