The HTTP requests issued by check_http include a "Host" header if the
user specified the "-H" option.  Some servers ignore this header within
HTTP/1.0 requests[*], as HTTP/1.0 does not define the "Host" header.
So, check_http now issues HTTP/1.1 requests if the "-H" option is used
and HTTP/1.0 requests otherwise.
