Inquiring about NRPE check_procs plugin

Hi,

I have deployed the NRPE server as a kubernetes deployment and I need to
monitor the host machine on which the NRPE server pod is running.

I tried the "check_procs" plugin but it gives the results related to the
container where the NRPE server is running.

Is it possible to monitor the host machine by running a NRPE server as a
pod like I am trying?
